About us

CoyHomes is a Vienna-based company that has been operating serviced apartments across Austria since 2023.

Today, we manage over 30 fully equipped apartments, including in Leoben, Kapfenberg, Steyr, Purkersdorf, Kaltenleutgeben and the Wachau region. Our guests include construction workers, project teams and business travellers, as well as holidaymakers and families.

Our promise is simple: clean, well-equipped accommodation, hassle-free self check-in and someone you can reach whenever you need them.

At CoyHomes, we take care of our apartments—and the people who stay in them. We pay attention to the details: a clean apartment on arrival, quick replies to your messages and clear arrangements with corporate clients.

Whether you're here for a construction project, a business trip or a holiday—whether for one night or several months—we want you to feel at home.
