Negative: Grzyb na ścianach, pęknięty brodzik prysznica, rozłożone pranie w salonie, pralka z pełną zawartością, drzwi wejściowe zdewastowane, generalnie to mieszkanie nie powinno być wynajmowane.

Negative: Апартаменти не пристосовані для проживання осіб на інвалідному візку. Вузька доріжка підʼїзду, сходина входу у номер. Дві сходини у ванну кімнату. Підвищення у душ. З вхідних дверей дує. Двері ванної кімнати не зачиняються
